FunderMatch LLC ("FunderMatch", "we", "us") operates a business funding marketplace. We do not lend money, purchase receivables, extend credit or make credit decisions. Any financing you obtain is provided by an independent lender or funder ("funding partner") under that partner's own agreement with you.

All rates, fees, terms, funding amounts and timelines are set and disclosed by the funding partner, not by FunderMatch. Review every agreement carefully before you sign, and ask the funding partner directly about anything that is unclear.

FunderMatch collects information about your business and uses AI-powered matching to compare that information with the stated criteria of funding partners in our network. We then show you the partners that appear most likely to fit, along with the reasons for each recommendation, and allow you to compare lenders and connect with the ones you choose.

A match is an indication of likely fit based on the information you provide and the criteria partners provide to us. It is not an approval, a pre-approval, a guarantee of funding, or a guarantee of any particular rate or term.

Funding partners make their own underwriting decisions and may decline any application or offer terms that differ from information shown on FunderMatch. Information on lender profiles, including funding ranges, minimum requirements, typical funding speed and repayment terms, is provided by the partners or compiled from public sources and may change without notice.

Statements on this site about funding speed or match timing are typical experiences, not commitments. Your results depend on your business, the documents you provide and the partner you choose.

There is no cost to business owners to build a profile, compare lenders or request matches on FunderMatch. FunderMatch may receive compensation from funding partners in connection with businesses introduced through the platform. Compensation arrangements do not change the rates or terms a partner offers you, and match rankings are based on fit with partner criteria rather than on compensation. Each recommendation shows the reasons it was made so you can evaluate it independently.

Building a profile and viewing matches on FunderMatch does not require a hard credit inquiry. Credit information in your profile is provided by you. If you choose to move forward with a funding partner, that partner may obtain your consumer or business credit report as part of its underwriting, subject to its own disclosures and your authorization.

Lender reviews shown on FunderMatch combine reviews synced from third-party review platforms such as Trustpilot with feedback collected on our platform. Reviews reflect the opinions of their authors, not of FunderMatch. Success stories and testimonials describe individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results.

Content on FunderMatch, including funding guides, comparisons, calculators and FAQs, is general information intended to help you understand business funding options. It is not financial, legal, accounting or tax advice and does not take your specific circumstances into account. Consult a qualified professional before making financing decisions.

Several states require providers of commercial financing to give standardized cost disclosures at the time an offer is made. Where these laws apply, the funding partner making the offer is responsible for providing those disclosures to you. If you receive an offer without them in a state that requires them, ask the partner for the required disclosure before proceeding.
